Don't miss: the Fort-Royer natural site and oyster park, remarkable for its flora, its fauna, the beauty of its landscapes and its extraordinary views of the island of Aix and the Pertuis Charentais. A hark back to traditional oyster farming, the site includes a village comprising of 40 cabins, of which a third of them are still used. A local association organises visits to discover this wonderful natural environment, and also to learn more about oyster farming in the Marennes-Oléron basin.
